Return Policy

Overview

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a 100% money-back guarantee. This will exclude shipping and handling costs for your return. If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be fixed with a replacement, we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want an alternative, the item can be returned for, and you will be refunded if it is within the dates of our money-back guarantee. Please keep in mind that if you decide to return our product(s) for your money back, you are required to pay for all shipping costs.

Lifted Organics Lab does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any merchandise (defective or otherwise.) All orders are thoroughly inspected at Lifted Organics Lab and adequately packed before shipment.

Lifted Organics Lab does assume the responsibility for the quality of our goods upon arrival to the customer. Lifted Organics Lab does assume the responsibility for shipping costs on product exchanges when shipped to the customer.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, or additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been modified, and it is up to us to make sure the replacement is within its boundaries for the guarantee. To Return a Product

Please complete the following:

Please email service at support@liftedorganicslab.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, and your name.
Wrap the package carefully. All return products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges can be applied and even denied if we believe there has been tampering or, the returned product is not what we may consider our product.
Return the product using your preferred shipping method to our address.
Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is essential that you save the tracking number and that you ensure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.
Please note: unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling or gift wrap charges. We will issue a full refund for the original purchase.
